Grains seem to have gotten a bad rep over recent years, with low-carb diets like Atkins getting a lot of attention and followers. But not all grains are created equal. This week we’ll be talking Healthy Whole Grains, with a bit of focus on a “ancient grains” – some of which you may be familiar with, others… not so much.
