This morning Guy Odishaw of the Bhakti Wellness Center took us beyond the warrior pose and downward dog to talk introduce us to the 8 arms of yoga. The physical fitness part, which has become a very popular form of fitness in gyms and studios all over, is just one small part of the overall approach to health that is Yoga.
