1/26/2013: Mind-Body Balance


Today we had a terrific conversation with Dr. Tenzin Namdul about Tibetan Medicine about our unique “constitutions” that we are gifted with and can guide us in making healthy choices for our life styles. We explored mind/body connections and ways to enhance health as well as recognize ways that disharmony can impact our illnesses or “dis-ease”.
