This week on The Wake Up Call we had special guest, Miriam Cameron, PhD, RN from the Tibetan Healing Initiative, and Graduate Faculty Center for Spirituality and Healing, University of Minnesota.

We discussed karma, living in harmony and making mindful choices – especially in the wake of recent events. We learned how 15 minutes of anger and suppress your immune system for hours and while feeling anger is healthy, we need to be mindful to not take actions in anger.

Miriam also shared a copy of her book with a lucky listener, for those who would like to know more about her book, Karma and Happiness: A Tibetan Odyssey in Ethics, Spirituality, and Healing on Amazon and in local book stores.
